Count Down 2008

Most of us will be counting down to the New Year but for myself, I’ll be counting down to the day for labour. Today is the start of my maternity leave. I decided to take an early rest at home. More time for me to prepare and spent time with Rahmat.

I’m starting to get excited and panic at the same time. Tho its not my first pregnancy but somehow the excitement and panic feels like it’s a whole new experience. I’ve bought and prepare whatever baby stuff that I thought I may need but I still get the feeling that I’ve miss out something. Hmm…

My next check-up will on 3rd Jan 2008 but we’re hoping that our baby decides to pop out earlier. Why? We want to have 1st Jan Baby lol. . . .So from today to the “contraction” day, I’ll be at home resting and spending time with my first baby before he becomes a Big Brother.

My Green Man

Hubby had to go for 1 day reservist briefing today. For the first time since I’ve known him, I get to see him in an army uniform. He looked so macho & dashing. My handsome knight in army uniform lol. He was packing his stuff (which I think is too much stuff to be bringing when it’s only a day’s briefing!), I couldn’t stop smiling and laughing. Reason being he has not been called for Reservist for the longest time ever and suddenly this year, he received the LOVE letter.

Can’t wait to meet him later and talk about his day today. Must be interesting! hehe
